Bob has 11 years of experience in the mortgage industry covering multiple facets of the planning process including 7 years as a loan originator. Bob has been recognized as an industry Top Producer in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Mortgage planning is Bob’s area of expertise and includes:

  • -Assisting potential home buyers in all price ranges with an emphasis on his client’s long and short term financial goals.
  • -Putting the right mortgage plan in place to maximize cash flow, college savings plans, retirement savings plans with an emphasis on tax eciencies.

Leah’s expertise spans 23 years in the mortgage industry. Her roles have been as a Senior Mortgage Banker, Managed Major Builder-In-House Lender accounts, Underwriter and served in Management for a Master Servicing Company overseeing the Default Division.

Leah is a native of North Carolina and has been a resident of The Woodlands for 9 years along with her husband and their children.
